What is NDJSON?
NDJSON is one JSON object per line, and nothing wrapping them. That single change makes it streamable - a program can handle a line at a time instead of holding the whole array in memory - which is why logs, data exports and machine-learning datasets ship in it.
What is TSV?
TSV is CSV with tabs, and the swap removes CSV's worst habit: prose is full of commas and almost never contains a tab, so fields rarely need quoting at all. It is what you want when the data is text-heavy and the quoting keeps going wrong.
